Provide regular project status updates internally (within workflow tool).
Create new project folders to house all project files through all phases of production, including discovery documents, concept pitches, working files, final deliverables, and demos or promotional images.
Assign work to creatives on the day-to-day based on schedule availability and skillset track current projects, create new ones, and archive old ones.
Schedule and manage ongoing project meetings and check-ins (via email, calls, or video-chats) as needed, both internally and externally.
Manage all phases of the project to ensure the project remains on track, flagging, addressing, and resolving any issues that impede production.
Translate client business goals into realistic production requirements and guide stakeholders through all phases of the project with warmth and intelligence, anticipating their needs and responding accordingly.
Plan and execute projects, including: working with project lead to define project goals and scope, budgeting and scheduling project, and communicating with internal Bare Tree employees and external clients, partners, and stakeholders during all phases of production.
They will oversee project statuses from pre-to-post-production, communicate (and frequently check-in) with freelancers, clients, and project leads to ensure projects are on track, and be responsible for troubleshooting and getting ahead of production issues in real-time to ensure production remains as smooth and efficient as possible. The Project Manager will coordinate projects across Bare Tree’s licensing and creative departments and act as ambassador and liaison between BTM and brand partners.
